Remember how nascar got ruined by over regulation and now it just sucks and wrecks are scarce even at bristol. BTW I hate nascar.

My point is this new helmet to helmet rule is a big mistake imo. How can you fine someone every time there is a helmet to helmet? Its not intentional for the most part and intent is very hard to distinguish. What are yalls thoughts on this issue?
