Opioids Don't mean to bitch but does anyone else feel this way about hydrocodone and percs?

I do have a slight tolerance, mostly from a long stretch of using opiates, but lately it seems that whenever I take hydrocodone and even percocet, they don't do much for me. Even when I take upwards of 30 to 40mg, it just feels like a big dick tease. Could the manufacturers have weakened the potency because of that 2009 case involving the FDA and tylenol related deaths? If so, why wouldn't they just take the nasty tylenol out completely. To be honest, I've been enjoying tramadol alot more. I know I'll probably get some slack for that comment, but I'm just stating how I feel. Anyone else feel this way?
 
sort of. i think its just that more people are accustomed to drugs like oxycontin, roxi, and dilaudid. Percs and hydros wont every compare to those. There are more strong opiates available now than ever before. Opiates are a dick tease if u dont take breaks u lose the euphoria quick or have to shoot.
 
It's tolerance, baby. I can promise you that it has nothing at all to do with the FDA's recent ruling, reducing the amount of acetaminophen in nearly all prescription pain killers.

I love tramadol, too, and I have somewhat of a tolerance to oxymorphone and dope. It's just a different experience altogether because of tramadol's SNRI properties.
