Don't fall for the "nutrition is key" hype

I'm on Matrix-Nutrition Anabolic banana flavour, 40g Protein, about 5g carbs , all aminos, I add they're creatine powder and full fat milk , need to get me some glutamine powder and BCAA capsules, actually might get creatine capsules as well because creatine is literally like D-Bol to my body, I react amazing to it . Matrix stuff is the cheapest on the net by far I payed about 50 kwid for 5kg tub, (100 servings)

I think I'll stick to meat once I finish my tubs

You mean 1000 servings ?

no 100 servings, works out to £0.45 for every 40g of protein shake, it's good shit.

£45 for a 5 Kilo Tub

I'm concentrating a lot more on food atm tho, I've fucked a couple of cycles up because of poor diet , letting myself go, not happening anymore, this shit is a lifestyle full time job, not a hobby, if you can get that into ur head u will go places !

Oh there is absolutely no problem with drinking 3 or even more shakes day. There is only a problem if lets say, your daily protien intake needs to be 200 grams and you get 200 grams a day strictly from protien shakes.

So, a mix of Whey/Casein like that found in milk (strictly from powders) is going to hinder your goals?...

What is this so called 'problem' in terms of body-building? If you want to argue GI distress or the like, by all means, but to say you can't get a great physique from strictly powders (especially with a formula identical to milk) is just silly.
