I donated a pint of blood the day before yesterday. then yesterday i did some glass. it hit me harder than i would have expected for how much i did....was this because my body was a little short on blood? (it was from the same source as usual, and said to be very similar in strength.) i am now starting to wonder (a little late, i know) whether it was the best idea to use glass the day after giving blood like that. could that be harmful?

Aren't you supposed to rest and recover after donating blood? Yes it could be dangerous, your body has a specific amount of blood, now its thinner and the meth could be a bad idea, it will make your heart have to work even harder to pump that blood.

It's plasma that your body regenerates in a day or two. Plasma being the liquid part of your blood (to simplify things) - it doesn't include the red blood cells.
If you're donating "whole" blood - (hint: it's red, you're not getting paid for it) it can take as long as 8 weeks for the red blood cells lost in the process to regenerate. That's why they don't let you donate whole blood every week.
I'm not saying that you have to wait a full 8 weeks before engaging in the use of hard drugs, but it would be better on your body to wait 3 or 4 days.
