Domestic flights & sniffer dogs

I am sure this has been covered many times however, I am unable to find any threads, so all help, i'm grateful for.
Travelling domestic flights do they have the drug dogs? What can one do to bypass this issue?Just for personal use? I.am wanting to go on a short family get away but need to take some essentials for myself. How.can I.do this? Thanks for any advice!

It definitely can happen. I found this relatively recent AFP post about illicit drug detection in a domestic terminal. There's no reason to believe that you are safe just because it's domestic.

Discussion on how to circumvent this is almost certainly against the BLUA.

Sorry mate, I second what @drug_mentor has said. Regardless of quantities, Bluelight isn't here to assist with concealing illicit substances.

If you can, plan ahead. Try and have what you need already at your destination before boarding a plane. However that may be is up to you and not meant as encouragement. I'm just considering the Harm Reduction value vs buying something unknown from a random.
