dollar bill: how do i plug 60mgs. of ms cotin?

i read a post last month on how to plug 60mg. ms cotin, using a shot glass, oral syringe, and stir. does anyone know how to do this without the waiting overnight method.

Although I've personally never dealt with extended release morphine, from what I'm reading an overnight soak isn't necessary. Perhaps this method should be of help, though the OP used 10mg MS contin. Seems like standard operations with the exception of using hot water and maybe a bit of struggle sucking up the solution. Most oral syringes narrow at the tip, carefully cutting it off should make things easier.
