Opioids Doing opnana after taking daily methadone

I took 40mg of done today actually 10mg more than usual. I am about to trade a coupe for a couple opana IR 5mg blue pills. I was wondering if I banged a half i would get a rush, or should i just save both for tomorrow?
 
Save it for tomorrow. You will get a much better rush if your receptors are open for business, as opposed to having a line out the door. ;)

While a daily methadone dose of 40mg won't likely produce the blockade effect, it still has an affect on your tolerance. It's best to wait a day until your body feels like it needs an opiate, and then do the opana.
 
Thanks for the advice, was thinking same thing. Feeling good off the done and some good nugg anyway.
