Doing blow with a stuffed nose

I caught a cold and as a side effect my nose has been stuffed up all week. My friends want me to pitch on some blow this friday but with my nose all stuffed i just assumed it would be a waste of drugs.

Then one of my buddies told me that the coke would get absorbed faster because of all the mucus in my nose. Is this true?

The cynic in me thinks your buddy's theory is motivated by being unable to afford the blow without your contribution. Probably biased since I would class most of my drug buddies as "associates" and not great mates (of course there are exceptions).

absorbed faster from muscous membranes doesn't ring true, but I can't really back it up...

I know one of my friends wants me to pitch because him and his girlfriend cant afford it, but the buddy who told me that is only pitching if im up for it. If not were waiting till next weekend.

Get some Afrin or somethin yo and if that don't clear you up I'd say fuck it. Most of the time that shit will clear you out for at least long enough to do some drugs (always worked for me anyways). Just don't keep usin' it and usin' it cause ya nose will definitely get "addicted" to that shit and you wont be able to breath out your nose without it.

Cocaine's a great vasoconstrictor. Do a line of blow and your sinuses will clear out just fine.

and as others have said...get some nasal spray and clear yourself up for long enough to do the blow then the blow will clear it up more as you go.
