Doing acid alone

yo! first post on this forum, hope y'all are nice, because people are dicks on the forums in my country

So i have been getting my hands on some superb acid. Thing is that I have noone to trip with (moved to a new location) and I don't wanna ask people that I barely know because it's not something anyone do in this area.
I have done acid quite a few times but never alone. Always wanted to try it out alone, because I love tripping on other substances alone, but I can't imagine tripping on LSD because it lasts forever. I know how I react to LSD, but is it cool to do it alone? I'm a littlebit frightened by the darkness (I said it okay? deal with it) especially when on drugs, so I might do it in daylight. Not much more to say, and thanks for your time. Also, I would not chose LSD if I had the choice, but my dude were out of ketamine and DMT and i'm home alone tomorrow. so yeah
 
It depends on what kind of dosage you're going to take i suppose. If it's a high dose then i doubt you will get bored but if it's a medium dose then human company can be great for having a laugh etc, it's a personal choice. If you like you're own company then it will be fine :)
 
Okay. Sounds like i'm tripping tomorrow then :) I think the dose is good, but it's a totally new dealer so I have yet to see. Thanks for the quick reply

Agreed; I hate being around other humans (unless they are horny women) when I'm on LSD. Less distractions; allows you to control your environment better.

However if it's your FIRST time; get a babysitter.
 
I tripped alone my first (and just about every other time) and the outcome is always fine, just keep a benzo or two around, alcohol helps too. I've had way more bad trips around other people (especially ones that aren't tripping) than alone. Btw utfse, this is like the third "should I trip alone, thread in the past 7 days.
 
Many people would be fine even their first time tripping alone, however, some people react to psychedelics in weird ways. There are a subset of people who get very loopy, start taking their clothes off, start screaming and freaking out, run out into traffic, do things that cause damage to their lives, etc. In my opinion that's the main reason to never trip alone until you know how you react, because if you're one of the people who gets all whacked out, you could cause serious damage to yourself or your life.
 
95% of my sessions are by myself,
though more than 60% of those have people around that don't know I am having an lsd session.
so I dose a bit light - like 1/2 tab
I prefer the night because of visuals
Daytime is ok but I need sunglasses big time.

I prefer lsd over everything, but am coming to like lsz quite a bit.

perhaps, but if the dose is low, you have benzos or alcohol around, and a friend on stand-by the chances of things going wrong are slim to none but I can understand your reasoning. Personally, I hate being around people when tripping as I just wanna be alone.with my thoughts or listen to music and watch the CEV's, something that's hard to do when your jackass friends are acting retarded (if they're tripping as well) and sober people when I'm tripping.... don't even get me started :p
 
Yeah when I was younger I didn';t like tripping with people either because almost all my friends were morons on psychedelics (or for some of them, off psychedelics as well). I still usually trip alone but nowadays I like to trip with friends because most of my friends are psychonauts as well.
 
Unfortunately my friends that do trip only do so on occasion so they're definately not "psychonauts". Only person I don't mind tripping with is my GF of five years as we've been on many journeys before and.our sessions lead to bonding and other beneficial actions if you catch my drift ;)
 
Yeah, I always wished for that with my (ex) wife. She doesn't trip, she has smoked DMT a couple of times and taken low dose mushrooms once, all with me, but she wasn't into it. I rarely ever got to explore the sexual side of psychdelics, other than a few times when I was tripping and she didn't realize.
 
I've never done LSD completely by myself. I usually dose and trip by myself buty brother is my psychedelic partner in crime and I just don't feel right frying without him around, or at least my best friend of 15 years that I've tripped with at least 50 times. LSD is doable by yourself by if you can have someone to talk to when things get rough it's much better. Especially if you have a sibling or beat friend by your side.

I've dosed alone, but I always take at least 1mg+ so I like to have a companion no more than 10 minutes away.
 
Acid alone CAN get boring, especially if you do it alone a few times, then you sort of run out of things to do and start to get lonely.
I really enjoy a good solo trip every once in awhile, although my preferred drug for solo tripping is mushrooms or 4-aco-dmt

ya the first 6-8 hours aren't boring EVER for me but the back-end of the trip can be boring as hell.
 
^^ that depends on how you like your trips. I take psychedelics for the introspection and pretty visuals so people are a nuissance (sp?) for people like me. I can enjoy a trip with nothing more than a comfy bed, music, and a pitch black room... I guess I'm just a boring person to trip with. I have had a couple group mushroom trips that were very fun but overall I prefer solo tripping.
 
if your responding to my post i don't know how that relates to the end of a trip. the come-down i'm not high anymore but still feel all geeked-up with stimulation and shit
