DOI Liquid Vial

So, would I be correct to assume that DOI HcL is soluble in water? Could I further assume that if a certain amount of DOI was mixed with distilled water and put into a vial it would keep potency for some time?

DOI HCl is indeed soluble in water. I'm not sure about how well it retains potency over time I'm solution though.
