Does your guy spot you?

Yea my guy spots me, but I didn't feel comfortable getting spotted. It would usually happen if he was already coming and my friend with the other half of the cash still wasn't here. Dude didn't wanna drive around with a brick in his car for obvious reasons, so would drop it off and we would take care of money later on or next time.

I told others not to spot me if I ever asked, just bc I would feel grimey.

I never had to ask or wanted to ask, but a couple of my dealers always gave me a line of revolving credit. I was always a week or 2 behind on making good. Kinda like a weekly paycheck, ya know? Regardless of what was being fronted, they always hooked me up and I always made good each week. It's too bad I couldn't use that for a credit check/verification...

Bank: Has Faceplate always paid his bills in a timely manner?
Dealer: Why yes! Most certainly...he's one of my best customers.
Bank: And what kind of business are you in ma'am?
Dealer: Oh, I'm in the import/export business.

What a phone call THAT would be!

I have one guy who always offers to spot me shit, because he knows it's that much less product he's going to have to sell later. He'll be like, yo man do you want a zip of heads? How about a gram (H)? And I'm always like.... uhhhh no thanks man. I would rather not have hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my head if I can't manage to sell it. Kind of funny actually, since he never gets the picture and continues to ask.

yeah I've been dealing with this one h dealer for a couple years now, he knows I'm good for it.

I remember one time he fronted me a gram(XX), then a $100 the next day, and another $100 the next day. took me 4 days to pay him back but it was all there (plus another $100 for another sack lol)

i don't ask. when i don't have money, i cant get drugs. that's just how it goes. i don't ask for fronts. and if i did, they wouldn't give me shit anyway...well, only my weed dealer would. no one else.

I try to make it a habit not to ask, and it really depends on the substance I'm looking for. If I'm broke and want a little bag of weed to make it through the week I might ask a friend/dealer to give me one on the front and I always pay them back when I say I will. I never ask for a front unless I know I have money coming in the next couple of days.

Anything else: I just don't ask and wait until I have the cash in hand. I know better than to spend up all my cash before the weekend gets here. I never ask dealers who aren't friends, they are business people and they don't need to put up with my bullshit. I was on the other side of that relationship in the past so I know what kind of problems giving stuff out on the front leads to. Even those people you think you can trust don't come back sometimes...and if they do it is always with an excuse.

If you ask me it just ain't worth the hassle for all parties involved.

Now my friend has a big problem with white girl and he's constantly getting his fix on the front. Seems like every time he pays the guy off he's asking for another bag. He's probably spending less cash in the long run that way though. His connection is a middle man that has a pretty bad habit too, and from what I heard about him he regularly forgets about outstanding debts. I've never been on white girl bad enough to ask for a front...hell I've never even bought a bag for myself. I'll chip in from time to time with friends and give away whatever is left over. I like the stuff too much to keep it in my own home.

i have had plenty of dealers that give credit. i have had plenty that dont.

i have noticed alot of dealers will often spot you if you are a frequent customer. i have had H dealers spot me $200-$300 worth of dope. i would see them almost everyday and they knew i had a good job so they were confrotable with it. i must say that when i was getting credit in those amounts it was often not a good idea and produced a good amount of stress on me.

imo a good dealer should be OK with giving credit to frequenters. if you are in it deep and have days where you just cant come up with cash a good dealer should give a enough to get you off sick.

How long/much has a drug dealer ever fronted drugs for you?

Just curious, how long of a time has any one drug dealer let you go without paying? How much did they front for you until you owed them so-and-so amount of money and they stopped? I'm up to owing $250 8( to one guy, and I'm wondering (not wanting bear in mind) how much longer he'll let this keep up. What's your experiences and what is your mooching record?

The most I've owed is about £300 late last year for Mephedrone but I payed it off quite quickly. I never "lay-on" anymore as I find owing money makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable and anxious. I prefer to pay up-front

This isn't the sort of topic we cover in BDD, please have a read of the guidelines.. I'm not sue if it'll be allowed in Drug Culture or not but I'll move it and leave it at the DC mods discretion.

Don't discuss drug prices at all and remember that police can and do read the forum, be careful not to incriminate yourselves..

BDD > DC

He's probably hoping you run up the tab so high that you'll be unable to pay and have to compensate him through other means...

^^^I think dealers are more lenient with women than men in this regard for this very reason. They know if women can't pay with cash than at least they'll get something out of it. How do ya think the term "crack whore" came to be? Harsh but true.

Just about everyone I know spots me. But that's only because I've built trust with them. If I say I'm going to pay them by X date - you better believe they have that money in their hands. I'm not up for being a shady person and owing a bunch of people money. If I owe you - I owe you. And I'll pay it off. I always have and always will.

My last two dealers were very trusting and we had great relationships, though I've never been short of cash my boyfriend exchanged favors (food, etc) for drugs many times and they had no problem with it.
I am not into opiates or anything that would have me seriously fiending for it, so I don't think I would ever approach my dealer empty-handed but I'm positive I wouldn't be turned down in that hypothetical situation.X

A spot should ALWAYS be considered a freebie. If someone is not willing to graciously give you that amount, then they should not be expecting you to pay up. But I guess it deters when you're dealing with H.

Only family members and best friends. Spotting is the easiest way to find out who's really on your side.
