Regarding opioids: no, it won't have any effect at all, except that the anxiety one could get from bupropion would decrease.

Bupropion and cocaine compete for the same transporters. I wouldn't expect to get the same euphoria off any stimulant, while taking bupropion. (Also, bupropion and other stims may both raise seizure threshold.)

Regarding other stimulants: some people even experience an enhanced effect of the stimulant while on bupropion, and I have not noticed any difference at all, except for more irregular heart rate and more muscle spasms. Yes, it's more dangerous, but will not necessarily give you a lesser high/rush.

Someone wrote like a week ago that adding bupropion to an amphetamine solution actually amplify the rush/high. This should not be done unless one has a good amount of muscle relaxants like clonazepam, because of the seizure risk. Really it shouldn't be done at all, but people will try any way to get a higher high, so we might as well explain how to do it safely.

Cocaine is different, though, and bupropion more likely to lessen the effect, but now it was about "any stimulant".

This is very true. Buproprion inhibits CYP2D6 in the liver, thus breaking down MDMA and raising blood levels by up to 30(!) percent and prolonging its effects, HOWEVER, in the sake of harm reduction, bear in mind that this combination ALSO increases the risk of acute toxicity, overheating, and seizures. Tread lightly.

3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA; "ecstasy") is a popular recreational drug. The aim of the present study was to explore the role of dopamine in the psychotropic effects of MDMA using bupropion to inhibit the dopamine and norepinephrine transporters through which MDMA releases dopamine and norepinephrine by investigating. The pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic interactions between bupropion and MDMA in 16 healthy subjects were investigated using a double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover design. Bupropion reduced the MDMA-induced elevations in plasma norepinephrine concentrations and the heart rate response to MDMA. In contrast, bupropion increased plasma MDMA concentrations and prolonged its subjective effects. Conversely, MDMA increased plasma bupropion concentrations. These results indicate a role for the transporter-mediated release of norepinephrine in the cardiostimulant effects of MDMA but do not support a modulatory role for dopamine in the mood effects of MDMA. These results also indicate that the use of MDMA during therapy with bupropion may result in higher plasma concentrations of both MDMA and bupropion and enhanced mood effects but also result in lower cardiac stimulation.

Yeah at first I had a full on panic attack and my eyes were wobbling, felt like was dyeing (basically overdosing). I begged my friends to call an ambulance but then from out of nowhere this crazy rush of euphoria washed over my whole body, I could barely speak to my friends, felt like an orgasm 1000x for four hours straight. It also started my addiction and I went from straight A student to junkie. Hell Ive shot up heroin and still that time I took MDMA was much more euphoric. Im much better now tho
