Why yes. People do need to realize their unique experience is not omniscience.I said I don't like it when people use their own personal experience as a UNIVERSAL truth. I shared my experience but I clearly stated that's not how it affects EVERYONE.
Now, having long-memory problems is not usually associated with marijuana; that would be short-memory.
I have short-memory problems where I forget what I am doing but I do not have long-memory issues where I can't recall stored information.
It seems to me both types of memory are synonymous with intelligence, as well as seeing multiple solutions and keeping track of people, numbers, and conversations.
I do not believe intelligence (opposite of stupidity) is its own trait, but a composite of various traits. People are intelligent in different categories.
However, people somehow see memory loss, amotivation, depression, and other faults as not detracting from someone's capacity for intelligence. They would still see them as intelligent people, perhaps for their ability to express themselves well or perform complex tasks.
