Benzos Does Tonic water inhibit the clearance of Alprazolam?

Edit: Also would one cig smoked between 5-10 minutes after I took the alprazolam even matter at all?

I wanted to smoke one before it but i forgot and popped em.

I'm aware but it was between 5 to 10 minutes after i took it so the pill was most likely still digesting. In which it would not achieve peak plasma levels for an hour after. So is it really going to decrease it by that much. And also I'd like to know about the quinine does that only work for opoids and grapefruit and tagament is for benzo's also?
 
In theory gfj should work for alprazolam. I've tried it back when I was prescribed alprazolam and I do think it increased the effects.. It may have been placebo.. The increased effects I (think to have) noticed were so insignificant that I never bothered with it again though.
