While using suboxone (and perhaps a number of other pro-drugs) someone would most likely be hoping to have the drugs metabolized by the liver before being delivered to the brain. In the case of suboxone the aim would be to have bupe converted to norbupe as efficiently as possible. I think all veins go toward the heart if im not mistaken but im not sure what happens after does it just evenly distribute throughout the whole body? Also, would the nasal and sublingual be roa's same in terms of blood? How about oral? Thank you
