besides the tinglies, my way of noticing if the mdma is active is by making a "shh" sound. what i actually usually do though is clench my jaw closed - not hard (not yet at least xD) and inhale hard. it makes a similar sound. if that sound sounds very vibrant or different or awesome, especially if all 3, then youre rolling 8D

im a little quicker than that, and all my friends who roll with me seem to have the same timing.
20-25min: omg omg i think its starting (make funny sounds to see effect)
30-35min: OMG YES!
35-50min: SBLAKBFLAHBFALHB! extreme euphoria, this is the part where dopamine gets released the most, almost similar to a good coke high yet unique as hell(obv)
and then after 1hr smooth sailing from there 8D
gonna roll in a few hours, im so excited!
