Does taking MORE of a specific drug increase the length of your tolerance?

Last Saturday I consumed ~22mg of 5-meo-dipt, the following Tuesday I consumed an eyeballed dose (I know this is a "bad idea" but I am very familiar with what 10mg or 20mg looks like, and I have consumed over 30mg before and had a great time, I tried to eyeball 15-20mg so that any error wouldn't send me way overboard). This eyeballed dose hit me in three waves, it was very weak and I really didn't get high, it just kinda felt like I was starting to come up and then stopped. The next day I took 3 hits of LSD, unfortunately the rumors are true and 5-meo-dipt DOES have a cross tolerance with LSD and yet again, I didn't get high.

There is a house party this upcoming Saturday, which will be almost exactly 72 hours from my LSD failure. I've heard that any tolerance to LSD/5-meo-dipt should be gone after about 72 hours, but since I've consumed so much of these 2 chemicals, which both effect that specific tolerance, I was wondering if the large amount would extend the tolerance. At this point I don't want to trip because I have a feeling I won't get high, as I've experienced from these last 2 doses. But everybody at this house party will be high so I don't want to be the only sober kid, if you know what I mean?

In summary, does more drugz = longer tolerance?

yes, repeated dosing in short timespan can slightly increase tolerance duration. 72 hours isn't really enough to get rid of tolerance anyway, and all classical psychedelics have a significant cross tolerance in my experience.

Thank you, I will keep this in mind :)

I really need to keep my consumption down, I've been on a binge lately >.<

Magic is being lost!

you might get some more detailed responses if you ask this in the Advanced Drug Discussion forum. they would probably enjoy this thread over there.
