Does recalling drug memories bring back a slight placebo for you?

Today I was remembering one of my rolls with my eyes closed listening to music, or maybe the TV was on idk (some noise), and I leaned my head back into my chair and went into a very relaxed state. For just a moment as the memories were playing behind my eyes I felt the slightest hint of a rolly feeling in my chest, as if my heart started beating faster and my body became light with euphoria.

Does this ever happen to you? Talking about times we've been high with friends especially seems to bring back slight feelings of euphoria.
 
yeah dude i know what you mean, when you're listening to a really good song or something and it feels so good for a few seconds it reminds you of drugged up moments, i love that
 
I remember I was around my friends whom were Bolling Ralls one night. They looked like they were having such a great time, and you could tell they were just on a top notch Roll. They offered me 2 beans all to my self! I wanted to soooo bad but I didn't partake cause I had to go to work in like 6 hours.

But just seeing them dancing and mingling and blastin the DnB...Damn I swear I could feel a little high just from their good vibes. It was cool.
 
For me it depends on the drug and how much I project myself into the memory..

If I try really hard, I can almost get the same feeling (memory) of IV mephedrone.. which blew my fuckin socks off
 
Thinking about anything you love produces a small amount of dopamine.

That's why we do it all the time, technically cravings are better than nothing, it keeps you going.
 
Thinking about opiates makes me feel good, and then makes me want to take opiates.

Thinking about LSD sometimes causes flashbacks, which are awesome.
 
It tends to happen with mdma, although it use to happen much more when i was new to it. Lets say i would roll, next few days if i smoke weed and blast some of the songs that were playing at the rave. I will be able to feel a tingle / tickle in my brain as if some serotonin is firing.
 
Sometimes I get really excited over opiates when I think about just how good they are. I don't mind thinking about them, becuase it is better than not, but the best would obviously to have them. Whenever there is a chance, even a slight one I can get my hands on opiates I get all wound.
 
this seems on-topic:

a few nights ago i had an very vivid dream in which i popped a bunch of Dexedrine. when i woke up i felt like i had indeed ingested a small amount of Dexedrine. it lasted about 2 hours. it was very cool/interesting.
