Do a good dosage conversion, what DrugOmen wrote is something to take into account.

You might even take to much by switching, as BA of Morphine oral is extremely bad.

It'll definitely help. I used oxy to relieve heroin withdrawal and wooeee, a 30mg did the trick. Granted, your mileage may vary, but you could start with a low enough dose, see how ya feel. What's weird is that when switching any opioid or opiate, you may experience some very mild symptoms, but they'll be just that: mild.
