Does one opioid cancel out the effects of the other one?

^^The title says it all. For example, if I take oxycodone and then fentanyl 10mins later, will the oxycodone cancel out the fentanyl.
 
I can't tell where your going, but I'm going with Atmozfears here. Trying to cut or cancel one opiate/opioid with another one is dangerous.
