^We just legalized here in WA but the place I was interning at does mainly large federal construction projects. Weed is still illegal under federal law and there are mandatory drug testing requirements for the contractors that work on those jobs. The requirements are not just for people on site but for the whole company.
Absolutely retarted in my opinion, most of the peole working on those projects are addicted to somethig anyway.

1st off, love the username...& that's still 1 of my favorite albums, as Cream has always been 1 of my favorite bands. 2ndly, I don't think it matters if you're using weed medically or recreationally...it's gonna show positive for THC no matter what.

In Colorado the only people that know are you, and the registry. Also, if you show your cop your med card, he knows and can check with the registry. aside from that it's against the law for anyone to find out, and the registry wont' tell.
