Google is your friend.

It's an anti-histamine. It can cause delerium in high doses (not recommended.. it's like living out your nightmares).. Other than that.. Take it if you feel motion sick or you can't get to sleep.

No, there is no recreational value to meclizine lol. High dosing will produce effects similar to high dose diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or high dose dimenhydrinate (Dramamine). If you like the idea of imagining spiders are crawling all over you, and being in complete confusion, I guess you could call it recreational lol.

Edit: it will more than likely do nothing to the effects of cannabis, especially in therapeutic doses. There's a reason this drug is over the counter, and marketed as a less drowsy formula for nausea.

Honestly, you'd be better finding another drug to abuse. The closest thing to recreational use I can imagine would be the drowsiness. If you have pot, just stick with it instead of trying to mix it with all manor of medicines.
