Does MDMA decrease the potency of Adderall?

My pet frog took 5 rolls last night (tested positive for MDMA) accompanied by 3 hits of methylone and then 1 mg of xanax at about 5 am for come down. After sleeping for a good 7 hours, she came home, ate a light meal and took 120 mg of adderall ir and.... fell asleep. What could be the cause of this? My pet frog just consumed another 90 mg in hopes of it working this time. Anyone have any potential explainations?
 
hm, thought this was the site with the mandatory acronyms. My bad, it's my first post. And no, I haven't been awake all night. Slept a good 7 hours. Even so, I've taken addys before after not sleeping all night and they worked.

different day, different mindstate, different tolerance, drugs don't work the same way all the time, that's all it is.

It's called tolerance. MDMA and especially methylone do the same thing in your brain as adderall (among other things), so of course if you do a shit ton of MDMA/methylone your brain will adapt and adderall will not affect you as much, just as though you had recently taken a shit ton of adderall :P
 
Yes they have a cross tolerance as mdma tackles many neurotransmitters, not only serotonin. It depletes dopamine as well and down regulates those receptors, which adderall works on.
