The title of the thread says it all. I have taken 500mg of Codeine, 4mg Xanax, and I have a supply of some Lyrica; I would like to know if the Lyrica potentiates the effects of Codeine or is the contrary. I'm awaiting any reply to take it or not ASAP. Thanks in advance.

The Lyrica will potentiate the codeine. Mixing it with Xanax and codeine could be dangerous...do you have a tolerance for Xanax? Otherwise I would just take the codeine and the Lyrica or the codeine and the Xanax.

I regularly mixed 150-300mg of Lyrica (still would but I switched to Neurontin - cheaper) with 250mg of methadone and 1.5-3mg of Xanax daily and I was okay (I did get tired in the afternoon; briefly dozed off in front of my doctor on several occasions, but that's because she's got such a soothing voice). Don't know if that answers your question.
