Does Ketamine give you a headache ?

A friend of mine has done Ketamine a couple of times and each time he has , he experienced a headache on the left side of his head. The doses each time were no more than 50mg.

Why does the headache happen ?

The ketamine that caused the headaches is pure from a sealed bottle that has been evaporated.

I notice that ketamine is like a muscle relaxant for all my tiny cranial muscles. For me, it relieves a lot of mental tension, and it physically feels that way too. So I kind of get the opposite of a headache. Perhaps despite this effect he is holding tension somewhere when he does ketamine? I wouldn't blame the ket., even though it may bring it out. Because for me, ketamine makes my head feel great, especially in the afterglow.

Maybe the headaches stem from the insufflation? It could be irritation from that, especially if they don't typically use that ROA. That'd be my best guess. Never heard of ketamine causing headaches, and it's hard for me to believe that'd be the culprit.

Maybe it's the irritation, his friend will try it again one more time and see if the same thing happens. If it does , can he take anything for the headache while Ketamine is in his system ? Like Ibuprofen or Oxycodone ?

Ok , wow his friend tried it again intranasally and he said it feels like his nose was on FIRE , dayumn ! Is there anyway his friend can make his intake experience more smoother other than injecting ? He was sneezing for a good 10min straight and got teary eyed !
