Misc does kava work-how much do you have to take.

ok, so today im testing kava to answer a few questions.

does kava work, how much do you have to take.

If you've tried kav kava can you please tell me how much you took and if it worked. I tried to google the answer, but it just sent me to the god damn hip-forums. They'res literally nothing on google when you ask "How much you have to work" or "can you get high on kava"
 
alright guys, i just want to verify that kava does in fact work?

Apparently, it takes around 60 70 mg capsules to give one the buzz he is looking for. Basicly, i took 20 spaced out between 8:00-9:00 and 30 between 9:00 and 9zzzzzzz;30. It took an hoIt took an hour and fifteen minutes to kick in, but i have the perfect buzz. I mentally calm and coordinated, physically fucked up, and just a tad bit sleepy. Kava is deffinatly a worthy drug
 
Thanks professor. The effects of kava kava have been fairly well documented.
