Ok so ketamine is an NMDA agonist, so it potentiates opiates but will my tolerance be dropped even if I inject the H?

Just want to be careful as im doing both in a few weeks.

Also has anyone IV'd ket before and how was your experience? Im going to give it a go, ive done it before but cant remember it much. Should be fun.

This sounds like a dangerous combo. If I was a mod I'd close this.

There both depressants and K causes even more serious effects like dislocation from the body and such. Mixed with Heroin....pfffft...I can't even imagine. Deffinedly sounds way more dangerous than mixing H with benzos (and many have died from that)

Ketamine doesn't potentiate opiates as far as I'm aware, and you run the very real risk of dissociating yourself to such a degree that, if something were to happen to you, such as an overdose or fall or literally ANYTHING (having a bath?) you would be unable to do a damn thing about it. I've mixed these two drugs before at smaller doses and found little to no recreational value in dissociating yourself from the high.

Ketamine does potentiate opiates to a strong degree. Ketamine is a depressant drug.

OP, I would avoid consuming ketamine if you're going to be IVing heroin.

Is it a depressant? It causes elevated heart pressure, hypertension and other effects more commonly associated with stimulating drugs.

It arguably only adds to the sedation, which is the dangerous aspect of opiate highs. Anyway, all signs point toward avoiding mixing the two, especially with the IV ROA.
