taking your Ritalin with a fatty meal speeds absorption, faster onset and increased oral bioavailability in combination with co-administration with Alcohol/Ethanol which “spares d-threo-MPH of it primarily metabolic fate” …..the Ethanol inhibits the enzyme that metabolizes the active dextro-methylphenidate, SO…..there is on average, approximately a 40% higher level of active d-MPH in the bloodstream which binds to the DAT/NET

yes, Ethylphenidate is also a metabolite produced in addition to Ritalinic Acid ….but both are basically inactive. It’s only the d-threo-ethylphenidate isomer that possesses robust activity at the DAT/NET, which has a very high abuse potential identical to Ritalin at inducing euphoric dopaminergic pleasure.

As someone who basically IVd500mg Ritalin IR over the course of a day last week I’d say don’t IV Ritalin.

Ritalin lung is very real risk. And I did have trouble catching my breath and instant panic that is said to be common with too much talc in the blood. Then again 500mg of a stimulant can cause panic too.

Idk just the compulsion to redose is severe with this and it’s extremely dangerous

I don’t know your situation, but it fucked my life up significantly. I was really close to dying. The amount of damage I did to myself, and everyone I loved, makes me sick to my stomach :/.

Same here brother.3 grand mal seizures 1 mini stroke at 21 yo and 2 ODs, dunno how the fk I'm still Alive. The obsession with this practice absolutely ravaged my life in every way and came very close to completely destroying me.to this day idkhow im still alive. Id advise anyone to stay clear from this shit, so not worth it.

I Love the tinitus that comes alongside the rush of IV cocaine, dimethocaine, and dichloropane. I love that ring and rush but i only have ritalin now until i can salt back some more hard. I have a srip for 90 10mg IR monthly and i have a tolerence high enough that i sometimes take 120mg in a day. I have real chemistry experience and can seperate and isolate methylphenidate, ive done similar chemistry ordeals to grow crystals of bupropion so dont give me any lip about talc.

Well i tried 3 times, with very carefully extracted, multiple filterd 50mg/cc shots in my bicep, forearm, and calf intravenous, and didnt get much more than a whiff of the memory of euphoria. Cant beleive this didnt work on me, and now im out 15 pills. I cant fucking wait till i can get more cocaine or DMC im in such a fix im so pissed this was a flunk.

Trying to figure out the steps of physical diminishing that will take place and if there is any way to substitute my way off. Ive tried fent and it just puts you out. Can't find real H anymore. I am noticing the effects of Iv coke use and am really trying to see where im at in the grand scheme with death being the end.

Im not looking to hear how substitution isn't the way, I just want to know if there is some tricks to it, Id like to try whatever possible. I have access to fent, addy, xan, subs, and the lower level stuff krater thc etc.
