Does IV heroin use increase your enzyme levels more than most pills or drugs?

I am just curious if the liver has a hard time processing IV heroin or if it has the chance to raise enzyme levels more than most drugs. Any info would be greatly apprecaited. My ALT was 100 when the normal range is 0-45 and AST as 87 when normal range is 5-50. My Albumin was 5.2 when normal range is 3.5-5.0. I have never shared needles so I wouldnt think I need to worry about hepatitis. I heard that you can catch hepatitis from yourself by using dirty needles with coagulated blood, but the doctor at the methadone clinic told me that was just a rumor and it is not true. But anyway, I was just kind of nervous about my levels but I had been using heroin with an IV when the test was taken. I have since cut back dramatically, but over the last 6 months to a year before that I was doing it pretty heavy and now go to a methadone clinic. Like I said, I have never shared needles with anyone. At the most, I have one friend who has hepatitis but I am so paranoid around him that if we are each drinking the same kind of soda and I am not sure which one is mine I will dump it out, as well as not smoke herb after him or anything that involves any kind of physical contact beyond a handshake, and even that makes me nervous. Any help you could give me on the above questions would help ease my mind greatly.

Pure heroin (diactelymorphine) is easily metabolized by the liver, but you never know what it has been cut with or how it was smuggled into the country.
 
I got relatively pure heroin (14mg IVed had me NODDED) and after using like 2-3 hours later when I pissed my piss was always smelly and cloudy. Maybe that's normal but to me thats a sign its taxing some internal organs more than usual (although I don't know a lot about how the body processes drugs).
 
what i am worried about are my enzyme levels. When I joined the methadone clinic, I still continued to use heroin but no where near the amount I had been using for the last year or 2, which was anywhere from 2-10 bags depending on how much money I had, all IV. About a month after I joined they took a blood sample to check my enzyme levels, and just recently gave me the statistics as listed in the original posting. I havent been able to see a doctor about it yet and I am just wondering if I really have alot to worry about. Since I've joined the clinic I have been more drug free than I have been in years. I dont take benzos, smoke herb, or anything else, which is a big change to what I have been doing for the past 6 or 7 years. I have had enzyme tests over the 6 or 7 years which were all normal. This is the first one I have had in about a year and the doctor at the clinic told me it was abnormally high, but she has seen higher. At the time the test was taken I was on nothing but methadone, but had been doing Heroin some, but maybe once or twice a week to every other week at most. She asked me if I shared needles and I told her no, but I had heard you can get Hep from yourself by shooting coagulated blood which she told me you cant. The virus has to be present in order to get it. That is what I am worried about. Any information on my enzyme levels and whether or not I have alot to worry about would be greatly appreciated. I always pee a dark cloudy, and noticably smelly piss after extended heroin use.
 
When I first started at my methadone clinic my enzyme count was high as well the doctor told me he thought I might have hep I told him that I have never used needles. I know you can get it from using bills or straws but I always used a new straw so I was pretty sure I didn't have it. When I got tested the results were neg. for hep. I wonder if it does mess with your enzyme level. My urine is light almost all the time but when I use its darker and cloudier so I would think the H is messing with something.

Do you think the route of administration makes a difference ? I dont think it does because like I said I always used intranasal and my enzyme levels were high.
