ok does white grape jouice really make effect stornger, last longer. for pills. and is thier any other way to do it? and i am talking 100% white grape jouice like fresh. just got made.

You need to include more information to receive help on what you are trying to find out. First off inhibition of enzyme activity may *potentate* some drugs, depending on their metabolic pathways however, this is far from all or even most. Also you may be talking about Grape fruit juice which is way different from grape juice (both in flavor and effect)

From a personal stand point it is not worth it I hate grape fruit and their juices.

I put the * around potentate because it isnt going to be like 20mg feels like 40mg and you may not enjoy the effect it has on the substance you are taking.
