Hey all blue lighters,
I am just wondering if someone could answer some questions of mine. I have some bacolfen that I am looking to make the most of. I am wondering if anyone could answer the question does plugging Baclofen increase it's Bio Avail? What about ephedrine? I am using my prescribed Vyvanse faster than directed. I have found that a modest dose of ephedrine will help the efficacy of Vyvanse. To save money would plugging this help BA?

Well, Vyvanse needs to be metabolized by your liver in order for the amphetamine to reach your brain. Vyvanse is lys-dexamphetamine.. meaning there's a lysine amino acid on the amp molecule.. You want that off so the amp can flow freely to your brain.. so plugging it doesn't sound like a good idea if you want the most out of it.

And I believe Baclofen has a pretty good oral BA so plugging it might just be a waste

Thanks for the replies. I wouldn't think about plugging my Vyvanse, that much I understand.
My question has a financial side to it. You see Ephedrine is incredibly expensive where I live. The max dosage is 8 mg due to a new law so 100 tablets doesn't go along way at $39.99.
I know that plugging my standard dex-amp would make it go farther. I wonder does this apply to ephedrine too?
I am using ephedrine in a failing attempt to make my Vyvanse go further. It is expensive shite too and I cant afford to raise my dose currently. I am working LONG days now and 60 mg of Vyvanse doesn't hold me like it once did. If I add say 50 mg of mini thins I find it helps, although this is not a long term solution, I know.
As for baclofen; you answered my question! I was curious how its BA orally was. This too is expensive stuff and I would plugging it myself if I had loads to "try" with but if I can save myself the trouble by asking what is the problem with that??? ;)

I would like to know if there is anyone out there who takes both suboxone and some sort amphetamine with some regularity?
I don't know if it is my new job or the suboxone; Something (quite likely tolerance) has made 60 mg of Vyvanse go from a (barely) passable alternative to 45 to 60 mg of Dex-amp (plugged) for three years, I thought vyvanse was albeit a pricey, but pretty nifty improvement on the Dex beads (spansule, we call them here). Cuurrently I can miss my dose of vyvanse and only barely feel a difference.

baclofen is good for mixing drugs but on its own is only good for knocking yourself out with a dosage of 50mg or more
