Okay so to cut down my life story this summer was a complete gong show and I have probably done ~30 grams of MDMA (well, what was sold as MDMA, most of it was legit pure mdma but some was rather methy) yes in this summer alone.... Basically I am uber depressed now whenever I don't take MDMA. School starts now so its time to kick back into gear and be done with the hard drugs, I know the depression is because of teh sick amounts of MDMA ive done, but will it ever go away once I stop using?

Yeah it goes away, but you can't just expect it to instantly dissapear, fixing your brain is a lengthy process which may never be 100% finished.

Just be patient, and focus on taking care of your health. Most people end up overdoing it and feeling depressed, you need to let your brain balance itself out. You can take 5-HTP supplements which are supposed to help you produce more serotonin, get good sleep, eat well, etc. It will be easier if you can find activities and people that do not involve drugs, so you will not be sitting there wishing you were rolling with them.

Since you're starting school you have something you can focus your energy on. If you are able to take a long break from the partying your body/mind will thank you for it and you will prevent yourself from digging a deeper hole. But things will definitely resolve themselves if you take care of yourself.

u gotta be strong it will get better!! I went to Global this year which was a two day event and over the course of the two days i took large amounts of ex, molly and mushrooms. I ended up rolling for a total of four days, and spent the next two and a half weeks crying every day, hating life and on the verge of ending it all. Time (and 5-htp ;)) heals all. I promise u it will get better. Keep up the faith and space out ur rolls. <3

If it took you all summer to do the damage look at taking the same amount of time to put it right again.

It'll probably take a while, but it might expedite the process to live healthily - exercise, eat well, get enough sleep, don't do drugs, etc.

lol umm damage repaired does not take the same amount of time as damage done. I don't want to lie to the guy but 30 grams.. your in for a long healing process. People gave you good tips and advice such as 5 htp, positive attitude, and exercise. Stay positive and don't go thinking i will never be the same or i have caused positive damage as that will delay the healing process by a ton. But if you don't want bullshit your in for months of repair time, DO NOT drop E as that will just restart the process. Pot is alright but to be honest with that much mdma i think smoking pot will just bring out anxiety as it does for many ecstasy abusers.

You abused your body and brain, now it's time to take of it. Once back on track, respect yourself more... I agree, not easy! Good luck! You'll be fine...

What goes up, must come down and so now your body is paying for it. Give it a few months at least and you'll be back to normal, it's possible you're only feeling like this due to recently stopping, in a few weeks you could be back to normal. Some of your depressive feelings may be brought on due to negative thoughts, think a bit more positive on the experience.

Ive eatin some serious beanz in my day..but

30grams of mdma is ALOT, you aint gunna be reoverin anytime soon.the problem is that you half cause neurotoxic damage to your axon terminals. the oxidation of free radicals of your brain caused peroxide to dry up your terminals. You have brain damage.

Your first quater of school is gonna feel pretty depressing if you spend your time lookin back on what an awesome summer you had had.

best bet is to look forward. here is your chance to apply all the knowlege you learn from MDMA in the summer of rollin. you can use this is an OPPORTUNITY to press forward and make postive changes in your life.

i.e.
-NO more eatin beans. Eat fruit and vegetables instead. think about all the colors of the rainbow and thats the range of food that it should happen in

-exercise more, cleans your brain of neurotoxins by rushin it with endorphins from intense cardio sensations. you will get addicted to that yourself.

-focus on a goal. if you are in school your goal should be to work to excell. you need to be the best of the best to make money these days...so focus so you can be smarter than everyone else.

money is an excellent motivater. work on making more money and you will be happier. in the meantime just grab a six pack of bud and a bag of fresh herbs from your local dispenserie. %)
