Im pretty curious about hippie fliping. I only take ecstasy about every 1-2 months so when i do i plan something very special around it. I absolutely love how i feel on ecstasy. The sense of euphoria and wellbeing and love for everything is amazing. So will the hippiflip just be like ecstasy with visuals or will it change the entire trip??? I want to expierience it but then again i dont want anything that could have made me thinking " i wish i would have just done the X". Do u feel the same sense of euphoria and LOVE or it it totally different.

I can't attest to hippy flipping but I have candy flppied (MDMA + LSD)a few times and to me it was just added visuals. There was the LSD body high mixed in there but it was definately in the background and the MDMA took control of the whole experience.
I would expect that the same woud happen with the mushies too. although I would expect a more pronounced decrease in motor skills and a bit more confusion added into the mix seeing that I get more confused and disoriented on shrooms than LSD.

I've never tried a hippie flip, but as for the candyflip (LSD+MDMA) the acid strongly overpowered the ecstasy. Can't exactly remember the doses, but it might have had something to do with the acid dose being comparatively stronger than the X. Also, I find it hard to believe that if I was peaking on enough acid, it would be an acid vice with MDMA features, not the opposite. On the other hand, I have often thought of taking the X some 4-6 hours into the acid trip, when the plateau begins; I wonder how that would work. Should test it some time.
Anyway, I doubt it will be just ecstasy with visuals. I've always found psychedelics to be more "thorough" and "all-encompassing" in their effects, whereas with MDMA I feel strangely sober in some aspects. I always had a strong acid vibe, with greatly increased euphoria, empathogenic effects, even more stimulation (great for raves), and the MDMA actually changed the nature of the visuals - instead of seeing patterns, symbols, fractals and the like most of the time (which I still saw), it was replaced by myriad different lights, beams and auras of all different colors, glowing in various places.

I hate hippyflipping, it feels like the two drugs are fighting eachother or something. I don't know they just don't mix well with me, acid on the other hand. Is perfect with mdma for me, perfect synergy.

In my opinion the shrooms way overpowered the ecstasy on my last hippy-flip. At that point it wasn't rolling+tripping it was just tripping. Still had a good time though.
Take the E about 45mins-1 hour into your trip. The good feelings of the E will combat any negative feelings you might have as a result of the shrooms. So you'll end up with just the good euphoria and body sensations plus the additional visuals.

Hippy flips are... eh. Candy flips are SO much better, and Jedi Flips... well thats just fucking awesome.
If you do it though, take them both at the same time. Both drugs last about 4 hours, so taking them at the same time will give you the best trip. Make sure the pills are clean (pillreports.com), nothing sucks worse than getting piperazines while your tripping.

I hippy flipped New Year's Eve 2010-11, and it was the most magical night of my life. It was weird though, it was almost as if I had two separate trips. I took the shrooms first, then the E about 45 minutes to an hour after that (just fyi I had done both before, separately though).
I had a very intense come up on the shrooms, and the tunnel vision/just general distortion of everything had me feeling a bit scared. But then once it settled down the visuals were insane. The only bad part was that I couldn't look at my friends' faces or my own, as they were distorting into creepy shapes. I got upset because I love looking at my friends (and myself, lol) when I roll.
Then about 2 hours later (I don't exactly remember), it's a like a switch was flipped and suddenly I was rolling. I got all rushy, loved up, and so excited because I could look at everyone's beautiful faces again
The visuals from the shrooms still remained, like the rainbow/shiny type stuff from my peripherals, which was amazing. It really combined well with the overall "sparkliness" of E. Two of my friends gave us a double lightshow later on, and I think the shrooms were still lingering, because it was the trippiest lightshow ever.

If you get the balance of the amount of mushrooms you take right then the 'flip' can be amazing - the mushrooms add to the visuals and the MDMA adds to the fluffly,warmness missing from a shroom trip.
If you take too many mushrooms then they can overpower the rushes, loved up feeling that the MDMA brings to the party.
