does heroin affect anyone else's hearing?

I have tinnitus to begin with so I'm pretty familiar with constant ringing. I noticed that when I smoke black I hear a constant "rumbling"or something. It isn't loud. Also it feels like my ears are clogged or something but they aren't. Why does this happen? Is it common?

heroin in specific, no, I've never done it.

all opiates, yes. can't say if it's common though.,
