Does E have an expiry date?

Is there any length of time before E goes stale or expires etc?

My wife and I only pop once every 1.5 - 2 months or so, so I occasionally have spares lying around.

Nope. But it pays to keep it in a cool and dry place, cos while it won't actually expire it can still grow mould if stored with moisture.

I hope those little plastic resealable bags are air tight enough, and I think Melbourne's cold weather will keep 'em cool.

You may like to check this thread. Use silica gel if you're concerned about moisture.
