Has anyone used fanduel or draftkings and like anyone else who loves football I have seen the damn commercials for both a fuck ton of times and was wondering if it actually worked since I am a poor college student who would like to make some extra cash since I am good at fantasy football. Just asking since I am curious and to see if its even reliable and what not.

It does? Wow ok I guess I'll try it out then cause I have never gotten a straight answer on it. Also yes my English needs improvement but couldn't get any English classes cause I love English but I was just being lazy. Sorry.

A) I wouldn't touch any of those weekly "fantasy football" sites with a 10 foot pole.

B) A guy who works with someone I know(I live in a very small city) won $1,000,000 2 weeks ago on fanduel. It was on all the local sports radio stations and all that jazz. Lucky bastard.

It works great! Makes the games a ton of fun to watch and they payout, no bullshit. Don't play over your head though, only spend what your comfortable losing. Start out playing low stakes til u get the hang of if. Read the scoring rules, this is key when u first get started. For example in baseball stolen bases are huge, 5 pts, strikeouts are huge as well, 3pts. This is on draftkings, I hate fanduels setup. It's really fun and gives me something to do besides getting toasted, keeps my mind sharp. If your really a good serious player u should deposit $200 ur first time to get a free $200 bonus paid out as u play. Enjoy! Watch out for that cliffy guy, he's a beast, lol...
Here's a link and I think we both get goodies if u use it :)
Come play Daily Fantasy Sports at DraftKings. Use my personal link below and we will both get a bonus https://www.draftkings.com/r/cliffy78

Honestly I'm afraid of the site but then again my dad was a bookie and he is a very smart gambler and has taught me so much and he makes an addition $200,000 a year average on fantasy football that's why I ask this question. I guess I'll look into it if not then no.

Might wanna ask your dad his secret....

Both sites are perfect fine. Currently while they under investigation, they are just that, under investigation. There is no issue using them as long as you dont live in las vegas right now
Being a booking and knowing how to gamble on football has nothing to do with either of these sites though, basically its fantasy sports that allows you to make daily line ups. It has nothing to do with betting lines or anything like that

^ this.
I think we're wasting our breath. Op is not making any sense. Why ask the question if ur mind is made up. If dude makes 200k a yr then u know it's legit, right ?

They have pretty poor oversight on preventing someone from gaming the system. The NY Times had a longtime horse racing analyst look at their QA as compared to horses and found it to be almost non-existant.

Plus I read a lot of the big winners are sophisticated bettors using computer models and other info the normal guy doesnt have. Doesnt mean you cant have fun or win, just dont expect much.

Well im part of a gambling group on facebook where we talk a lot. Throughout the year with different systems and stuff if my payroll is right I can make about 20g a year. Which isnt a lot considering the work I have to put in and there are guys there who share info who do much much better then me including a guy with a team in that major betting tourny in las vegas

With that said all the guys there are pretty knowledgeable and pretty much everyone wins some different amount of money and its been my observation that if you have the time to put in the work and research and do a few other things its pretty possible to win a few grand a month playing. Theres also a 3rd site pretty much no one plays that helps your odds of winning. So its very very possible its just gonna take work and like kitty said being the big winner is basically out of the question, one of the guys knows a person who works with the guys at do they stuff stated in the NY times article and its basically a multi-million dollar farming operation

As far as the sites being sketchy everyone pretty much said they were gonna continue on with business as usual cause the things that caused everyone to lose their money on the poker sites dont apply here. Basically they are legally run sites paying their tax money not using overseas loopholes to allow people to gamble. Outside of that the only thing to avoid right now is using the sites if you live in nevada because recently nevada banned playing their sites

Shit Mike, 20g is nothing to laugh at unless the work really is all consuming. If it still has a twinge of fun to it and not spending 20 hours a day doing the research, good job.

It takes a long time man. Its nothing short of a full time job.
The only way i get by being a sports fan is not betting on games i watch, i can bet on fights but no games
I used to have a guy who had a lot of real clutch inside information on a lot of boxers but he got a drug problem and got black balled

Yeah, that wouldnt be something I would be into. 20g is a good chunk of change if just extra cash, but you arent living on it. I wouldnt have the patience to do it unless I could at least equal my salary.
