does dexedrine have less anxiety as a side effect than adderall?

And what do you think my chances are getting dex prescribed (I already have an adderall script). It's that physical stimulation and heart beating that's getting to me. Don't know of anyone who gets prescribed dexedrine though.

Yes, Dexedrine has less side effects. The l-isomer of Adderall is more responsible for the peripheral side effects of amphetamines which includes anxiety. Dexedrine is purely the d-isomer which is responsible for some of the more positive effects of amphetamines.

I was just switched from Adderall XR to Dexedrine spansule capsules a few weeks ago and I definitely feel less side effects like that edginess I get from Adderall. Its much smoother and the comedown is much easier compared to Adderall.
