Does "cheesing" work?

One of my friends said its possible to get high off male cat urine AKA "cheesing"? Is this really possible? I looked thru the list of controlled substances, and cant find anything.

Also, Id like to add that I was told that male cat urine creates eurphora when sprayed on the face.
