So i can get a few codeine pills but they have 30mg codeine and 30mg caffeine. I was just wondering, would the caffeine take away from the recreatioinal feeling of the codeine? Or will i still get that nice opiate high

Alot of people say that the caffeine takes away from the opiate feeling. I personally don't know because I was prescribed the Tylenol 3's. I'm more of a Tramadol guy but when I took a few of the T3's, I felt nice and warm for a couple hours. They didn't last that long at all, but then again, like I said, my doc has been Tramadol for a few years now.

Personally, caffeine never effected my opiate highs negatively. The only thing the caffeine might do is counter the sedation/nod that the codeine would produce. The euphoria should still be fully there.
