Does anyone know this movie's name?

So when I went to the theater to watch The Soloist, there was a preview for a movie that really appealed to me. I don't remember the name and I really want to look it up. I'll tell you everything I remember.

Was based off a true story, had to do with a big concert (Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan), Guy rented out his hotel/farm for the concert not really knowing what was going on, very "Trippy" styled title text.

Fuck, for the life of me I can't remember >_>. Hope someone can help.
