Opioids Does anyone know the Tek For Polish Heroin (kompote) and the use of Ion exchange res?

Swim wants to try and extract Morphine from dried poppy pods using Ion Exchange Resin. (1976 Gdańsk Polish heroin/kompote method)
From what I can find the tek is somewhat like this:

1. Grind pods and boil in water for a few hours without acid and then is filtered (would boiling them for hours not destroy allot of the opiates)

2. Strongly acidic ion exchange resin is then added. (cation or anion? and how is the resin prepared and supposed to be added ?)

3. The resin is filtered and the opiates are recovered with the addition of ammonia water

4. The resulting liquid is evaporated using a chemical condenser

Does anyone know the steps , preparation, levels and amounts for this tek? and also how the morphine could be further purified and codeine if present removed ?

Krokodil is an opioid synthesized from OTC codeine, and it should be mainly desomorphine + lot of impurities that destroys the users health very quickly, so its a different thing.

We're not going to give you a step by step technique for isolating morphine, sorry. Go read the patent literature and do some chemistry on the back of a napkin or a reciept or something and you should be able to answer all the questions you asked.
