Selegiline alone does nothing to me. I have a high tolerance to amphetamines. I've tried taking 5mg selegiline with a normal (normal for me is about 50mg dextroamphetamine, but if I have to pull an all nighter I go up to about 80mg, but I could easily take 150mg without things getting dangerous, however I mean spaced out, not all in one go) dose of dexedrine and didn't find it made it more effective. Mayb upping my dose to 15mg selegiline will work better? I've only got the selegiline tablets, and many people seem to agree these have very little effect. But in combination with amphetamines that might be different. Theoretically of course it really should amplify amps like mad, but in practice thats not the case. At least not with 5mg.
If it works, then I reckon it would go well with something like AMT if one wants to use the AMT as an ADHD remedy, because it should up the dopamine levels without affecting serotonin metabolism. In reasonable doses that is, in higher doses selegiline starts to have MAO_A effects.
