Does anyone get upperback cramps when they take too much?

Whenever my dose exceeds around 400mg I get these intense upper back cramps like at the base of my neck and all in the mid section of my upper back, its horrible!

Then I start hallucinating.

I typically get that when I'm very anxious. Helps to take magnesium and eat a banana.

I believe that would be the hypertension.. I used to get it real bad when I was using a lot. The constant rolling definitely didn't help my back problems lmao

absolutely.... except i tended to feel the cramps on the comedown more and in the days after
i was told it was because while rolling you dont realize your are tensing your muscles....

wowwww i just realized actually i am feeling that same upper back/neck tension now.... i am sober seems to happen when i am on computer alot?

My friend always complains of this and we have found out it's due to his dancing
Also, you may be talking about the dull pain felt in the kidneys as this does just feel like back pain.
