Alcohol, weed and a bit of valium? i leave the valium until last and whack i'm out like a light, usually wake up with half a joint in the tray so put the kettle on and light up

Sorry jungo there's little of harm reduction value in this thread. Alcohol & weed is a pretty common combo; I'm sure thousands of people smoke and drink regularly though.... and there are bound to be teens at parties greening out on the two world-wide as I type this

On the other hand alcohol and any benzo can be a dangerous combination as you're combining two CNS-depressants. In moderation I'm sure most people wouldn't have any issues, Valium & Temazepam are prescribed to alcoholics for withdrawals after all, but there's still a risk of severe respiratory depression and well... death... if you overdose. While you didn't mention it, throwing opiates into the mix also really shortens your odds.
