Whenever I snort Ritalin after a break of a week or so, I get this amazing sensation that makes all my hairs stand on end. I want to know if this is because of a lower tolerance or a placebo effect.

Does anyone else get a sort of chill when snorting ritalin/adderall after a break?

I'd say that is to be expected after a bit of a break... simple tolerance lowering.
When I used to use d-amp a lot, if I dosed everyday I would have much more negative effects and not much of an enjoyable experience but if I had a week inbetween use I would get a sick rush when it kicked in and an overall longer, more enjoyable experience.
Lesson? Longer breaks between use is good for the mind, body and will feel a lot better.
