hey all.
I posted earlier today about how nervous I am of not feeling better after two pills.
I never felt this way and I have been poppin once every couple months. I keep reading everyones posts about how long it took them to feel better so I am just trying to get an idea of how long it will take until I feel normal again. i am really nervous that this is going to be forever.
I'm so mad at myself for doing this so if anybody has any advice that would be great !

chill out, you're feeling so nervous because you're reading shitty experiences. Go outside and just relax
 
Forums like this tend to attract people with concerns and problems more than those who are doing just fine- I didn't find Bluelight until I had issues, because that's typically why you would seek out support and feedback. Most people don't join Bluelight and post just to let everyone know how great MDMA is.

If you are only using every couple months, have no fear- you'll be fine. It can be alarming and cause anxiety when you don't feel like yourself for days or weeks later, but this is the nature of how you'll feel as your serotonin is trying to regenerate, and your system is working towards repair. Relax, sleep as much as possible, and work out (cardio really helps).
 
Also, this is the same topic as your post a few threads down- I know you are concerned, but please don't double/multiple post. This is getting closed, you can refer to your prior post.
