would 20mg spread throughout the day be bad for me because i kinda wanna take an ambien now and its not close to bed time but i figure it will help the xanax!!
^ This greatly depends on tolerance, but assuming you have a low one, I think it could only really be considered safe if you plan on little social interaction, and not driving whatsoever.
Ambien is quite different from Benzodiazepenes. Ambien increases the Neurotransmitter that enters the GABA-A Receptor. Benzo's modulate the GABA-A receptor making it more "receptive" to the bodies natural GABA.
i usually start at 30-50mg (just for me) and this is during the day if i want a buzz. if i were to sleep i would take 2 with 2 xanax bars that im prescribed for. (bad case of insomnia)
