I was wondering if adding a few ambien in with my klonopin and temazepam would help potentiate or add to the effects of a benzo high? anyone have experience on this? is it worth it?

You could add a small dose of zolpidem (Ambien) with your temazepam or clonazepam, but I really doubt it would enhance the effects of the benzos. Ambien has some weird effects and it may ruin your benzo buzz.

Personally I wouldn't do it, but that's just me and I don't like any of the z-drugs. They all are shitty, if you ask me. Some leave your mouth tasting like shit the next day, others make you delirious. Nahh...not for me.

But if you're into stuff like that, go ahead and mix away, but make sure you don't mix massive amounts. Remember with drugs like this less is more.

^He means that taking more of the Z-drugs with benzos will cause more negative side effects without increasing the positive effects.

A good general rule to follow when it comes to mixing drugs is to take it slow and start with lower doses. That way you can work your way up if you feel you need to have a stronger effect.

When mixing depressant drugs (alcohol included), there is usually a point where adding more of either drug just makes things much, much worse. Starting slow and working you way up to a comfortable point makes it easier to avoid going over this edge.

Taking more benzos or adding more drugs to the mix will not alwaus end favourably for you. At higher dosages people have a tendency to act... funny to say the least, and are often completely unaware their short term memory is completely gone.

Black outs are extremely common with those type of combinations. They would synergize, but not necessarily potentate each other. The combination is not directly dangerous, but the combination could easily cause a black out and people do very stupid and dangerous things during blackouts. Be safe.

Sorry I should of been more specific I am taking these combonations late at night so that i can relax and fall asleep(which i pretty much have to be high as fuck on benzo's to sleep). I have had insomnia my whole and the only thing that seems to work is hypnotics/sedative type benzo's. I was just wondering if throwing some ambien in the mix would help me pass out.

It will certainly help you pass out. But there are the natural issues with tolerance and dependence that will be compounded since you're using both benzos and Z-drugs.
