Does a tramadol habit means I have a genuine opiate tolerance against oral morphine?

My recent tramadol use is 500mg each day, I stopped getting any dreamyness a long time ago.

Big jump here in Thailand from NSAID in 'pain management' to tramadol to oral morphine ,no codeine of any kind oR oc.

MSCONTIN or any XR will much more expensive here so I am going for 30mg IR which I believe can be taken every 3-4 hours.

Do you think with my trammy tolerance I will feel these with there low bio availability?

Also after I have tried alone are they going to mix well with tramadol and benzo's.

If you're anything like me. Trammy doesn't affect my "real opiate" tolerance. I can be on a 2 week trammy binge and then go to vicodin/percocet/morphine and my tolerance for them is lower than when i started taking trams. That is just in my experience though. I wouldn't mix the two though. Just to be safe. Hope this helps, but take it with a grain of salt. these are my experiences and mine alone. be safe.
