does a threshold dose of 2cb lower the dosage threshold for rolling

I did a rectal dosage of 2-cb (5 mg or so) that just barely made the colours pop and gave me some euphoria/anxiety. rectal 2cb usually only lasts 2 hours max for me. Shortly after I rectally dosed about 40-50 mg of 6 -apb. After the 2cb wore off I rolled very hard for a good 3 hours after. This same apb didn't produce any effects at 80 mg rectal. I usually need about 150 mg of it orally on an empty tummy to get an equal roll. I'm wondering if the 2cb can potentiate or lower the threshold for rolling somehow as I havn't been able to roll so easily on it as I did then.
